You have a right to cancel within 14 days. However we have extended this statutory period to 28 days of the commencement date. You will receive a refund of your premium less an administration fee of 20% of the premium, subject to a minimum of £5 and a maximum of £25, and a time on risk charge apportioned as a percentage of the premium. Sorry!….no free cover is allowed!!

No refunds are payable for cancellation in part or in whole by you for any reason outside of 28 days from the commencement date, other than for amendments that are allowed.

Your cover is dependant on using a lock from our approved locklist, you can use a lock for a higher value bicycle than yours but you cannot use a lock designed for a less expensive bicycle than the one you have insured. For example, you can use a lock from categories B and C with a bicycle under £250 but you cannot use a category A lock for a bicycle over £1500.

Category A:
Bikes Under £250, Locks Tested and Approved to Sold Secure Bronze rating

Category B:
Bikes Under £1500, Locks Tested and Approved to Sold Secure Silver rating (Also valid for bikes under £250)

Category C:
Bikes £1500 and over, Locks Tested and Approved to sold secure Gold rating (Also valid for bikes under £1500)
